Ensuring the security of client data is the
cornerstone of our mission.
We dedicate substantial efforts and investments to
bolstering the robustness and dependability of the
entire Flexcompute infrastructure, which includes:
At Flexcompute, upholding stringent security and data protection norms is ingrained in our operations. We ensure every aspect of our client's experience meets the highest standards. Proudly SOC II certified, we reinforce our unwavering commitment to data security excellence and operational integrity throughout our service provision.
Flexcompute keeps all customer data within the USA as a public cloud resident.
ITAR and CUI standards strictly restrict data to U.S. persons, and require special registration and support.
Where regulatory needs preclude a customer sharing data with Flexcompute, or using shared cloud resources, on-premises licensing options are available.
Ensuring the highest level of security and compliance, we leverage AWS
GovCloud to protect sensitive
data and meet stringent government standards.
Security is mandated as an organizational priority.
Employees get access to data appropriate to their role.
Employees are trained regularly to recognize and respond to security issues and incidents.
Flexcompute supports SSO from public sources, to allow authentication without new passwords. For our larger enterprise customers, authentication to a custom OIDC provider is also possible. We use Amazon Cognito as the backend to store user passwords, protecting them from compromise.
Protecting data in transit and at rest is essential. Encryption turns data into an unreadable format, only decodable with the correct key. SSL/TLS secures data during transfer, while AES protects stored data in the cloud from unauthorized access.
Flexcompute understands that users should not necessarily see each other’s data within an organization. Data is isolated by default to per-user accounts, within the enterprise account so you don’t have to worry about data being shared with any unauthorized users.
